Allegiance Heart & Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team and support a client in Weir Views VIC 3338.

🗓 Shift Details

• Days: Tuesday and Friday
• Time: 9:00am – 11:00am (Tuesday)
• 9:00am – 12:00pm (Friday)
• Hours: 5 hours per week
• Type: Casual position immediate start

🧑‍⚕️ About the Role

You will provide one-on-one support to an older client in their home, assisting with:

• Personal Care: showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene support
• Domestic Assistance: cleaning, laundry, general household tasks
• Gardening Support: light outdoor maintenance and tidying

This role requires someone who can work independently, follow care plans, and maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

👤 About You

You are someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting older people
• Is reliable, respectful, and client-focused
• Can build strong, trusting relationships
• Has good communication and time management skills
• Is physically capable of completing light domestic and gardening tasks

🎓 Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in aged care, home care, or disability support
• Current National Police Check
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia
