Description

Allclass is an independent, family-owned Kubota dealership with branches across Queensland. We proudly support customers in the construction, agricultural, landscaping, government and civil sectors by providing industry-leading machinery, parts and service solutions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager / Sales Representative to lead our Rockhampton location.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both sales and leadership. You’ll have responsibility for developing the local market, managing key customer relationships and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the store.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Growing sales across the Rockhampton region.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Conducting machinery demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Managing store operations and performance.
  • Leading and supporting a small team
  • Monitoring store financial and operational results
  • Ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused workplace.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time both in the field with customers and in the store supporting your team.

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in machinery, agricultural, construction, automotive, industrial equipment or related industries
  • A successful sales background with demonstrated results
  • Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Previous experience managing a branch, dealership, store or operational team will be highly regarded.
