Parts Interpreter

We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Wacol branch. This role is key to delivering the responsive and friendly service that keeps our customers coming back.

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be passionate about customer service, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you’ll do:

• Assist customers and our internal workshop team with accurate and efficient parts interpretation

• Manage parts orders, invoicing, stock control, and warranty claims

• Provide friendly, professional service to our valued customers

• Support the day-to-day operations of the branch as we establish our Rockhampton presence

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in parts interpretation within the construction, agricultural, or machinery industry

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Sound computer literacy and attention to detail

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
