What You’ll Do

You’ll be in the thick of it — fast turnarounds, multiple priorities, and high-impact hiring, within a supportive team of like-minded, driven members.

✔️ Nurture candidates

✔️ Source, screen, and interview top talent, handle testing and references

✔️ Keep clients and team members in the loop with clear and timely updates

✔️ Work with precision and efficiency, utilising multiple systems

✔️ Support your Client Manager with client care

✔️ Bring creativity to your candidate sourcing game

What You Bring

If you’re proactive, people-savvy, and thrive in a client growth environment, you might just be who we’re looking for.

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment

✔️ A genuine love of people and commitment to top-tier candidate care

✔️ Clear, confident communicator – both in writing and on the phone

✔️ You prioritise like a pro and keep your cool under pressure

✔️ Tech-savvy and super organised (Ideally experience with Jobadder, Hiring Manager, Hubspot, Referoo, Microsoft Office, Co-pilot, Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search)
