We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a strong established team.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:

• Deliver warm, professional service to every customer
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Drive sales by creating exceptional in-store experiences
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation
• Process sales through POS and handle customer transactions
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering store goals

About You

• Previous retail sales or other sales experience essential
• A genuine passion for homewares, interiors, and lifestyle products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences
• Reliable, positive, and flexible to work across weekends and retail hours
• Team player with a hands-on approach to store operations
