This October, Alchemy Saunas is opening its newest beachfront venue beneath Indigo Oscar in the heart of Cottesloe, and we’re looking for a passionate Part Time Sauna Attendant to help bring it to life.
As part of our foundation team, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every guest while working in one of Perth’s most unique wellness destinations. From welcoming members to maintaining our premium venue standards, you’ll play an important role in building the community that makes Alchemy so special.
About the Role
As a Sauna Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Alchemy. You’ll play a key role in creating an experience where guests feel comfortable, connected and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.
Beyond customer interaction, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect. This is an active, hands-on role where, alongside creating exceptional customer experiences, team members are responsible for the ongoing cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and upkeep of the venue, including regular deep cleaning tasks that help maintain Alchemy’s premium standards.
This is a part-time contracted role, offering regular, ongoing hours within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Please note: Our venues operate from early morning through to late evening. Team members may be rostered shifts commencing as early as 5:30am and finishing as late as 11:00pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and confidence.
- Create a welcoming, connected experience for every customer who visits the venue.
- Manage bookings, answer customer enquiries and support smooth venue operations.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all areas of the venue.
- Follow cleaning, hygiene, sterilisation and venue maintenance protocols to ensure a safe, clean and premium customer experience.
- Participate in regular deep cleaning and operational tasks that support the upkeep and ongoing presentation of the space.
- Work closely with your team to create a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
About You
- Friendly, confident and genuinely people-focused.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service or wellbeing environments preferred.
- Organised, reliable and proactive in a busy setting.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using booking and payment systems.
- A team player who thrives on connection, community and great energy.
- Understands that delivering an exceptional customer experience includes maintaining a clean, safe and beautifully presented environment.
