About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and community focused Supervisor to help lead our Fremantle venue.
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in creating the atmosphere Alchemy is known for – warm, welcoming, social, and calm. You’ll support the team day to day while ensuring the venue operates smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
This role blends people leadership, customer experience, operations, venue presentation, and stock management in a unique wellness environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Community
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest
- Build genuine connection with members and regulars
- Support guests with enquiries and guidance around sauna + ice shower use
- Uphold the Alchemy experience and community feel
Operations & Venue Excellence
- Oversee smooth day to day venue operations during your shifts
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
- Complete operational checklists and support venue communication
- Assist with shift coverage and day to day problem solving
Team Support & Leadership
- Support and mentor Front of House staff
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Lead by example through initiative, reliability, and professionalism
- Help build a positive and connected team culture
Stock, Safety & Admin
- Monitor and manage venue stock levels, including ordering, unpacking, and maintaining organisation of supplies
- Assist in ensuring stock systems remain accurate and up to date
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with Venue and Area Managers to maintain strong communication
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve the venue experience
