The Opportunity
We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Part-time Lifeguard, mid-week and weekend availability are required.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain a safe environment for all guests of Alba Thermal Springs & Spa
- Monitor the daily operations of the lifeguard department, including the First Aid Room
- Administer First Aid to guests when required
- Cleaning of debris and presentation of water in our pools
About You

You have recent experience in supervising guests in a Lifeguard capacity

You have a Lifeguard qualification and First Aid Certificate

You have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded)

You have the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs

You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude

You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills

You are capable, reliable and responsible

You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
