We’re seeking a Territory Manager to join our Sydney sales team based in Artarmon. If you’re a dynamic self-starter from an Occupational Health or Environmental background with a passion for business development, account management, and solving real-world environmental challenges, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Your New Role

As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory, managing key client relationships, uncovering new business, and delivering technical solutions that empower environmental compliance and sustainable outcomes. With the support of a national network and cutting-edge OHS and environmental monitoring products, you’ll be helping clients achieve results that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account Management – Build and manage strong client relationships in environmental consulting, construction, defence, and mining sectors
  • Business Development – Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OHSE professionals and organisations
  • Strategic Planning – Develop strategic account and sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Technical Consultation – Present product demonstrations and deliver tailored environmental monitoring solutions
  • Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience with Sales, Service, Rental and Engineered Solutions
  • Data Management – Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide insights to inform strategy
  • Field Engagement – Attend industry events, site visits, and customer meetings across your territory

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within a scientific, technical or environmental context
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and territory management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • A proactive mindset and passion for health and environmental problem-solving
