About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Rental Coordinator. Reporting to the Rental Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our rental operations. You’ll handle everything from client enquiries and contract management to dispatch coordination and stock control, all while delivering the standout customer service Air-Met is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers

• Preparing rental quotes and contracts accurately and promptly

• Managing logistics, dispatch, and return of rental equipment

• Coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance

• Supporting customers with technical product knowledge and training

• Keeping rental data, stock records, and inventory accurate and up-to-date

• Collaborating across departments to improve workflows and outcomes
