Customer Service Administrator

Advanced Seed is a leading importer and supplier of lawn and turf seed dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We believe in creating a positive and supportive work environment where every tram member can thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person.

– Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

– Assist with pallet tracking (Loscam & Chep)

– Assisting with freight invoice entry

– Assist sales team with general tasks and data entry.

– Management of the creation and production of both online and offline marketing content

– Develop, design roll out digital marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, flyers, and catalogues.

– Regularly update our website with new products and product descriptions.

– Assist the warehouse with processing / invoicing of completed orders.

– Where necessary assisting warehouse with general tasks

– Assist with Quarantine paperwork for WA/TAS requirements

About you:

– Proficient in creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms.

– Copywriting and editing skills for web, email, and marketing materials.

– Experience in a customer service position or similar.

– Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

– Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, independence, and proactive problem-solving skills.

– Good knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
