Do you believe everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the challenges they face?

ATEC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Success and Wellbeing Coach to support students enrolled in vocational education and training programs across South Australia. Through the Skills SA funded Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) program, you will work one-on-one with students experiencing barriers to study, helping them remain engaged in training, complete their qualification and successfully transition into employment.

About the Role & The Program

Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) is a South Australian Government funded initiative designed to help vocational education and training (VET) students overcome barriers that may impact their ability to complete their studies and transition successfully into employment.

Through SWS, students receive free, confidential and individualised support from a dedicated Success and Wellbeing Coach from the time they enrol, throughout their training, and for up to 12 weeks after completion. Support may include assistance with housing, mental health, financial stress, family challenges, transport, disability support, study skills and connections to community services.

As a Success and Wellbeing Coach, you will play a critical role in helping students stay engaged in training, achieve their qualifications and build successful futures. Working across the domains of Living, Learning and Transition, you will provide tailored support that addresses both personal and educational barriers to success.
