Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Diploma students to join our Membership team as a Member Services Assistant (Casual).

This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional sporting environment, supporting the delivery of a high-quality experience for Adelaide Football Club members. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will engage with members across phone, email, and face-to-face channels while building valuable skills in customer service, communication, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and professional service to members across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist with membership enquiries, processing, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Support the promotion of membership products, offers, and campaigns
  • Process payments accurately and in line with Club procedures
  • Maintain accurate member records within the membership database
  • Assist with general administration and membership communications
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver a positive member experience

About You

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including match days
