Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take the next step in your career?
ACR Supply Partners is seeking 2 experienced Team Leaders to join our high-performing warehouse operations in our Eastern Creek and Orchard Hills facilities. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC these positions offer a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a 3PL environment. These are pivotal roles where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution facilities and a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets
- Work in a multi-client environment
- Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)
- Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.
- Provide daily reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment essential
- Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards
- LF & LO licence highly regarded
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using various systems
- Strong team leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation
- Proactiveness and problem solving skills
- Ambition to progress and grow within the business
