Warehouse Team Leader – ASAP start – Permanent Role!

• Full time permanent position!
• ASAP start available – AM shift (7.00am-3.00pm)
• Work locally in Eastern Creek – onsite parking

About the role An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join us as a Warehouse Team Leader at ACR Supply Partners and take the next step in your logistics career. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this position offers a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a 3PL environment. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution facility located in Eastern Creek.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets
• Work in a multi-client environment
• Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)
• Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.
• Provide daily reporting.

• Previous experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation
