Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Acoustic Felt Assembler to join our factory team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing acoustic products according to company specifications while also carrying out general warehousing duties.. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows instructions precisely, and works well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare acoustic products following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

• Operate tools safely and efficiently.

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards.

• Read and interpret drawings and work orders.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following workplace safety procedures.

  • Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.

• Identify and report any assembly issues or defects to supervisors.

• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role is preferred.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment safely.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed.
