Role Purpose

  • The Solutions Consultant (SC) provides subject matter expertise across pre-sales, solution architecture, and technical escalations.
  • Working closely with the sales team, the SC also supports the delivery of enterprise and migration projects, acting as a technical resource throughout the process.
  • The SC empowers and educates partners to become self-sufficient, contributing directly to the achievement of channel revenue targets and acquisition goals.


Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in voice and UC solution design and configuration.
  • Assist partners with solution scoping and technical strategy.
  • Act as trusted advisor to sales teams, offering fit-to-purpose solution guidance.
  • Review and sign off large deal technical solutions.
  • Support acquisition and onboarding teams as needed.
  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of scoped solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodology for enterprise rollouts.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, partners, and end customers.
  • Represent Access4 in webinars and podcasts as a technical expert.
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure you are aware of and comply with these and any future additional certifications that the company may add from time to time.
  • ISO Participation: Actively participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement efforts related to these standards.


Selection Criteria

Experience

  • Experience with UCaaS Environments (e.g. Teams Calling, Webex, RingCentral)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with UCaaS environments
  • Track record of delivering voice and collaboration solutions and improving customer experience.
  • Strong UC/Voice technical background, including design of complex call flows.
  • Previous pre-sales experience with a technical focus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of pre-sales experience with a technical focus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver customer training and support.
  • Experience with Continual Service Improvement processes.
  • Proficiency in documentation, including training materials and user guides.
  • Must have Australian work rights
