What You’ll Be Doing

This role is responsible for coordinating customer phone number transfers (known as number porting), new number requests and related service activities to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll work closely with telecommunications carriers, partners and internal teams to keep requests moving, resolve any issues and ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Supporting customer requests from start to finish
  • Working closely with customers, partners and internal teams
  • Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular updates
  • Investigating and resolving enquiries
  • Contributing ideas to improve our processes
  • Handling customer information securely and professionally
  • Following regulator and internal standards
