As a Wellbeing Services Coordinator, you will form part of our broader Wellbeing Services Team working alongside our Wellbeing Services Psychologists. The role involves the coordination of
Critical Incident Support and other organisational EAP services, as well as operational management of Workshops, Training, Mediations and Other Services programs.

The Role:
- Managing several shared mailboxes relating to the Wellbeing Services Team
- Working closely alongside our Wellbeing Services Psychologists and Clinical Regional Managers
- Coordination of Critical Incident Support, Manager Referrals, EAP@Work, Supervision, and Other
Services including sourcing appropriate clinicians, case management and system administration, customer follow up and communication, and preparation and
sending of reports
- Operational management of Workshops and Training including coordination and scheduling of
services, preparation of workbooks, presentations and other materials, and assisting with content development and customisation
- Acting as a point of contact for programs and supporting relationships with key customer
stakeholders
- Setup and maintenance of Other Services bookings systems via Acacia’s online booking
system
- Reviewing and updating database records to ensure all activity is captured and ready for
invoicing
- Providing assistance as an escalation point to the broader Client Experience Team
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple
projects·
- Good understanding of databases and Microsoft programs
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and friendly phone manner are essential
- Positive can-do attitude
