The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Officer to join our team on a – Accounts support (AP/AR and basic reconciliations) using Xero. with an immediate start.

This role supports day-to-day office operations and provides administrative assistance across the organisation. After probation, you’ll enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements (office + work from home).

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration, data entry, and document management
  • Accounts support (AP/AR and basic reconciliations)
  • Meeting minutes and internal reporting support
  • HR administration including onboarding and recruitment support
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role, preferably within the NDIS or community sector.
  • Supporting communication with staff and stakeholders
  • Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures

About You

  • 2+ years administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Requirements

  • Experience in an administration role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Current or willing to obtain:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate

Highly Regarded

  • Experience using Xero
  • Experience in the disability, community, or NDIS sector
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Brevity or similar)
