We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Prestons, NSW.
Summary:
As our Sales Support Coordinator (internally titled Sales Team Facilitator), you’ll act as the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring communication flows, processes run efficiently and client commitments are delivered accurately and on time.
Working closely with Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers, you’ll enable strategic growth by supporting both new business activity and existing account management.

- Experience in sales support, customer service or administrative coordination
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- The ability to use AI effectively to speed up workflow, communication and decision making
