As we continue to expand, De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd are actively seeking experienced Blaster Painters to join our team in Mackay.

De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking highly qualified individuals for an immediate start in the following fields:
Blaster Painters
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial blasting and painting (site or workshop based)
- Experience with protective coatings and surface prep (Zinc rich epoxy, high build epoxy and ultra-high build)
- Trade Certificate Desirable – Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Surface Finishing)
Blaster Painter Trade Assistants
- Experience mixing paint
- Hold current Forklift (F/L) and EWP tickets (preferred)
- Able to operate blast and paint equipment, with an ability to complete VOC (Verification of Competency)
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
- A valid driver’s licence
- White Card
- Confined Space (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- Hay Point induction (desirable)
- Section 6 Hay Point medical or Section 4 CBM (desirable)
