We are now part of the Egis Group and in growth mode, we have a requirement for an additional Senior Project/Programme Manager with experience in Digital Transformation.

The Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to contribute to our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional project management and services to our valued clients while embodying the core values of our Services team: strategic insight, business acumen, technical expertise, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. You’ll work closely with the PMO Lead and Professional Services Director to ensure the successful and profitable delivery of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex system integration projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

• Optimise Consultant schedules across multiple projects with the Resource Manager

• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of project management experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a professional services environment.

• Proven experience delivering agile and waterfall system integration projects.

• Certification in a recognized PM methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Strong experience in resource scheduling and budget management.

• Familiarity with web technologies and software development processes.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.

• A strong consulting background with excellent relationship management skills.

Location and Requirements:

• This role is based in New Zealand or Australia

• Applicants must currently reside in NZ/Australia and possess valid work rights.
