The role
Working across a wide client base, your responsibilities will include:
• conducting legal research;
• assisting with commercial and asset transactions, M&A, due diligence, and property/infrastructure deals;
• drafting contracts, agreements and client advice;
• attending client meetings; and
• collaborating with colleagues to deliver practical, commercial solutions.
About you
This role will suit:
• a law graduate completing their GDLP, or
• a lawyer admitted to practice within the past few years.
You will bring:
• a genuine interest in business and commercial law;
• strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• a proactive, driven and curious mindset;
• professionalism, energy and a positive, can-do attitude.
