The Role
We’re looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our busy kitchen team. To be considered, you’ll have:
- 2+ years’ industry experience, ideally in a bistro or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of French pastries and classic techniques
- Experience in high-end, fast-paced environments
- Strong management and communication skills
- A collaborative, positive approach
- Understanding of stock control and ordering
