About the Role
We are now recruiting for a Client Services & Administration Officer. In this full-time role based in our Broadbeach Waters office, you will work closely with our sales team, finance team and external partners to drive the property sales process from stock sourcing to settlement. You will assist the Sales Manager with investment property stock management and resourcing the sales team with supporting information. This role requires a high level of communication and organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining Developer/Aggregator relations.
- Assisting with property stock acquisition and management.
- Collating and updating sales material for property sales.
- Vetting and issuing property sales contracts.
- Providing regular updates to internal sales & management teams.
- Liaising with builders for construction updates.
- Coordinate defects inspections with licensed third-party inspectors.
- Contact point for liaising with external marketing team for CW Group Development Projects.
- Drafting and sending communications to various stakeholder groups.
About You
- Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a similar contracts role or real estate.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A top attitude and work ethic.
- Naturally motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and accountable for performance.
- Confident with drive to succeed.
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly KPI’s
