We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a permanent afternoon shift role, working with innovative manufacturing technology while helping build the future of renewable energy.

The Role
Based in Salisbury South, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring our manufacturing operations continue delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment performing at its best while supporting the ramp-up of our new facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair production machinery
- Replace and maintain mechanical components across production equipment
- Complete preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- Work with the maintenance team to prioritise and schedule maintenance activities
- Monitor production lines and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records through the scheduling system
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to identify areas requiring attention

- Ensure work aligns with company quality, safety and behavioural standards
What You’ll Bring
- Trade qualification as a Fitter, Fitter & Turner or Fitter/Machinist
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly Regarded
- Forklift licence
- Experience in rollforming or manufacturing environments
- Scissor or boom lift licence
