Manager to lead it.

Lead The Team That Keeps Adventure Moving
As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for
the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored
and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
You’ll lead, coach and support your team while driving
productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy and creating a culture of
accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Store Manager and wider business,
you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Mission
- Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals
- Oversee receivals, dispatch, replenishment and stock movements
- Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stocktakes
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
- Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage rostering and day-to-day workflow
- Support customer collections and store operations
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer
experiences

- You’re a confident leader who motivates and develops others

- You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- You lead by example and aren’t afraid to get hands-on
- You’re passionate about safety and operational excellence
- You have experience with inventory control and warehouse systems
- You hold a current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
