Store Manager – Eastern Creek

We are looking for a Store Manager who can run a store like it is their own business. This is a highly sales and operationally focused leadership role suited to someone who understands that strong sales come from tight operations, great people, and commercial discipline.

About the role
As a Store Manager, you are fully accountable for the growth, development and performance of your business which includes end-to-end P&L accountability.
You will take ownership of operations, people leadership, financial results, and customer experience. You will be trusted to make decisions, drive continuous improvement, and lead your store with a business-first mindset.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading high performing retail environments at store or region level with high volume results against your commercial and operational kPIs such as revenue, AOV, IPS, conversions, Click & Collect, stock control and inventory integrity, VM, store hygiene, standards and operational compliance.
- Preferred experience in large teams or multi site management to ensure the right skills leaning multiple functions under the one roof
- Strong operational capability beyond just sales leadership.
- Commercially savvy with experience optimising wages, stock and KPIs to increase revenue and profitability.
- A confident and assertive people leader who takes pride in their business and results.
- Someone who treats the store like their own business, hungry and motivated.
- Passionate about self development, growth and career progression in a growing and evolving business.
