What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front by coaching, motivating and developing
your sales team.
- Driving daily and weekly sales performance and achieving key
store sales KPIs.
- Creating an engaging, customer-first shopping experience.
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
- Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and
customer service.
- Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards.
- Supporting inventory management and operational excellence.
- Assisting with performance conversations, coaching and team
development.
- Managing customer enquiries, warranty claims and escalated
issues professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and
procedures.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be someone who naturally motivates
others and enjoys achieving results through your team.
You’ll also have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role such as
Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating retail sales
teams to achieve results.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales budgets, KPIs and
commercial targets.
- Experience managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced
retail environment.
- Experience handling customer escalations and resolving issues
professionally.
- Previous experience with inventory, merchandising and
operational standards.
- Experience conducting coaching conversations, performance
feedback and team development.
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Forklift Licence (advantageous).

Minimum Experience
