Your Mission
As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee all
warehouse operations while also taking ownership of the Click & Collect
experience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless service
from order through to collection.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading
all warehouse, receivals and despatch operations
- Managing
the Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customer
experience
- Driving
stock accuracy and inventory control
- Maintaining
replenishment and merchandising standards
- Leading,
coaching and developing a high-performing operations team
- Managing
rosters to meet operational and trading requirements
- Achieving
KPIs across productivity, safety, inventory accuracy and customer service
- Identifying
and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Working
closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support
overall store performance
- Ensuring
workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Building
a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement

have experience managing Click & Collect or customer fulfilment
operations

processes
- You
understand inventory management and warehouse best practices
- You’re
passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience
in retail warehousing, logistics or distribution is highly regarded
