About you

We want someone who has:

• experience in working in retail, claims, call centre, customer service roles
• the ability to build great relationships with customers
• fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• the ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations

The Role

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service in all customer dealings, and professionally manage escalations in a timely manner.
• Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting any necessary research and providing solutions.
• Professionally handle grievances to preserve 4WD Supacentre’s reputation.
• Provide support to in-store staff in regard to the processing of claims.
• Recognise, document and alert your manager of trends in customer calls.
