About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

●      Providing friendly, engaging, customer-focused service

●      Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right gear

●      Achieving individual and store sales targets

●      Maintaining store presentation, stock levels and cleanliness

●      Operating POS and supporting day-to-day store operations

● Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

About You:

You’re motivated, confident and ready to grow.

You will ideally bring:

●      Previous retail sales experience

●      A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

●      Strong communication and customer service skills

●      A positive, team-focused attitude

●      Willingness to learn a large product range and systems

● 12V or technical product knowledge (highly regarded, not essential)
