Are you passionate about cars and eager to launch a rewarding career in the automotive industry? Clintons Toyota is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Trainee to join our award-winning team in Gregory Hills in our Finance & Insurance (F&I) team.

No experience? No problem. Already in the industry? Even better! We welcome both newcomers and experienced professionals to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Sales team, you will:

• Build customers through the purchase or finance process
• Provide a seamless, premium customer experience
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive engagement
• Support customer with vehicle valuations and product presentations
• Stay up to date with compliance and product training

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for cars and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, professional, and eager to learn
• A current driver’s licence
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
