We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity in the automotive industry, with dedicated in-house and external training to support your professional growth and development.
What You’ll Do?
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the dealership, supporting both our customers and internal team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.
- Answering and directing calls through a busy switchboard
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting the Sales and Service team with data entry and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house presentation and coffee lounge
About You
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ideally, you will
also have:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and navigating new systems
- A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
