We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator/Registration Clerk to work closely with the sales & finance team to deliver all new vehicles and always ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do?
You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience while managing all registration and compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the delivery of new and used vehicles from purchase through to handover.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and handling enquiries professionally.
- Scheduling vehicle deliveries and conducting vehicle handovers and product demonstrations where required.
- Ensuring vehicles are prepared correctly, including the fitment of accessories and options.
- Processing vehicle registrations, transfers, and CTP insurance through the NSW DVRS system.
- Preparing and lodging registration documentation and manufacturer reporting requirements.
- Managing registration records within DOL and related systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising with Service NSW, internal departments, and customers regarding registration matters.
- Conducting data integrity checks and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
- Providing administrative support to the New Car Manager and wider dealership team.
- Ensuring all transactions are completed within required timeframes and legislative requirements.
About You:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded, particularly in vehicle deliveries, registrations, or dealership administration.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative processes.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused at all times.
- Computer savvy and able to learn and navigate new systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current and valid NSW Driver Licence.
