The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in high-quality, high-volume service. You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard and service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently manage your section during service
- Prepare dishes to a high standard of taste and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen space
- Support and train junior chefs and kitchen hands
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and service teams
- Contribute to seasonal, sustainable menu ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to manage a section during fast-paced service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for sustainable cooking and local produce
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
