long-term profitability of our North American wholesale business. This is a
high-impact leadership role responsible for defining how 2XU shows up across
the US and Canada – where we play, who we partner with, and how we win.
We’re looking for a Head of Wholesale & Business Development – North America who can build
momentum, drive strategic growth, elevate distribution quality and lead a high-performance wholesale organization with discipline and ambition.

What You’ll Do
Own & Execute the
North America Wholesale Strategy
Lead the overall commercial direction for the US and Canada wholesale business, defining where 2XU plays, how we grow, and which partnerships will drive long-term success. You will shape the regional distribution strategy, identify whitespace opportunities and ensure all commercial decisions align with the brand’s premium positioning and global direction.
Drive Strategic Business Development & Key Account Growth
Personally lead high-value business development opportunities across strategic national accounts, premium specialty partners and emerging channels. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, negotiate commercially sound partnerships and unlock sustainable revenue growth while protecting brand integrity and distribution quality.
Rebuild & Scale the Specialty Run Channel
Take ownership of strengthening 2XU’s credibility and performance within the Specialty Run and
Triathlon markets. This includes driving disciplined distribution, elevating product storytelling, improving staff education and creating meaningful community engagement strategies that position 2XU as a leading performance brand within the channel.
Lead Wholesale Performance & Commercial Excellence
Own the performance of the North American wholesale portfolio across revenue, margin, sell-through, operational execution and customer satisfaction. You will establish strong business rhythms including forecasting, seasonal planning, QBRs and performance reviews, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities across the market.
Build & Lead a High-Performance Team
Lead, develop and evolve the North America wholesale structure, including direct reports and/or rep agency networks. You will create a high-accountability, athlete mindset culture with clear expectations, strong cadence and disciplined execution across all territories and channels.
Partner Cross-Functionally to Maximise Brand & Market Impact
Work closely with global Product, Marketing, Athlete, Retail and Operations teams to ensure strong
execution across launch plans, activations, merchandising and go-to-market initiatives. You will act as the key regional commercial leader, ensuring North American priorities are aligned to global business objectives and brand strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience leading wholesale sales across the US and Canada
- Strong background within performance apparel
- Proven success scaling strategic accounts and building high-quality distribution networks
- Deep understanding of Specialty Run and premium wholesale channels
- Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, pricing, inventory and profitability
- Experience leading high-performing teams and/or rep agency models
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation capability
- A highly accountable, commercially disciplined leadership style
- The ability to represent a premium, performance-led global brand authentically
