Description

We’re looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our Digital team at Global HQ in Melbourne. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager – ANZ, you’ll play a key role in bringing our digital trading plans to life, supporting product launches, CRM campaigns, merchandising, and online customer experience.

The opportunity

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll help ensure every customer interaction with 2XU online is seamless, engaging, and optimised for performance. You’ll work closely with Digital, Brand, Retail, Logistics, and external agency partners to deliver product launches, campaigns, and customer communications that drive both customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of our eCommerce strategy while gaining exposure to the broader digital ecosystem and learning from a highly experienced team.

What you’ll do

eCommerce Trading & Merchandising

Support the execution of the trading calendar, ensuring product launches, promotional activity, and seasonal campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll maintain product information, pricing, imagery, and onsite merchandising while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

CRM & Customer Engagement

Assist with the creation, testing, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo. You’ll support customer lifecycle initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue contribution.

Digital Marketing Coordination

Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate campaign activity across digital channels. You’ll manage assets, support campaign implementation, and help ensure all marketing activity is executed to a high standard.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting across eCommerce, CRM, and campaign performance. Using tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo, you’ll identify trends and provide insights that support optimisation and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Brand, Retail, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams to ensure campaigns, product launches, and business priorities are executed consistently across all touchpoints.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute ideas that improve processes, enhance reporting, optimise workflows, and ultimately deliver a better customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A passion for digital commerce and customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience will be highly regarded
