Assistant Store Manager – Harbour Town Gold Coast

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Gold Coast team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving store performance, coaching a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets – all while making sure our customers leave the store inspired.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and fostering team growth
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
• Lead operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Support and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually striking store environment

What You’ll Bring

• Retail store management / 2IC experience (essential)
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
• Confident, hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
• Operational expertise in rostering, stock management, and store presentation
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to make a real impact
