About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and commercially minded Management Accountant to take ownership of the finance function across the growing 2easy Group.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable managing month-end processes, maintaining accurate financials, and providing clear insights to support business decision-making across multiple brands.

You’ll work closely with business leadership in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the opportunity to genuinely improve systems and make an impact.

This role is ideally full-time; however, we are open to considering experienced candidates seeking a part-time arrangement of 0.7 FTE or greater.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and run the month-end process, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Ensure all financial data in Xero is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and lodge BAS and manage PAYG obligations
  • Deliver monthly financial reports with clear commentary
  • Monitor cash flow and highlight risks or issues early
  • Prepare end-of-year financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Maintain and improve financial processes and controls
  • Work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • CPA/CA qualified (or near completion)
  • Proven experience independently managing month-end close
  • Strong Xero experience, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Solid understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements
  • Able to identify issues in financial data and resolve them proactively
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment without heavy structure
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for your work
