About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inventory & Logistics Support team member to assist with the day-to-day movement, accuracy and control of stock across the business.

This is a hands-on operational support role where you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating stock discrepancies, coordinating stock transfers and freight, supporting consumable stock management, and assisting with general inventory reporting and administration.

The role is fast-paced and would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, working across multiple priorities and taking ownership of accurate processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across branches and systems
  • Assist with weekly and monthly stock reconciliations
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution
  • Coordinate stock transfers between interstate branches
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal branch teams regarding stock movements and deliveries
  • Create and manage purchase orders for consumables and operational stock
  • Support production scheduling and consumable stock management
  • Update inventory records and maintain data accuracy across systems
  • Assist with stock write-offs, reporting and general inventory administration
  • Support broader logistics coordination and operational reporting as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be reliable, adaptable and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics or stock control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence investigating discrepancies
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills across branches, suppliers and internal teams
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and internal systems
  • Experience using Cin7, Xero or similar systems would be highly regarded
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
