We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager
Hoarding to join our NSW team. This is a key role responsible for driving growth in our
hoarding portfolio through strategic client relationships, new business development
and strong commercial outcomes.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager – Hoarding will manage an existing sales pipeline
while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities across the NSW
market.
You will work closely with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure customer
requirements are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Developing strong commercial partnerships across construction and project
stakeholders
- Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity through to delivery
- Preparing quotes and proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Developing key account plans and growth strategies
- Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring a strong background in business
development within construction, infrastructure or related industries.
You will also have:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (5+ years preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to sell solutions across multiple levels of an organisation
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing pipelines and working towards sales targets
- CRM experience (Zoho or similar systems preferred)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
