Foh Manager – Expression of Interest

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our dynamic team in North Sydney. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within our hospitality and catering establishment. The FOH Manager will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, leading a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries effectively.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the front of house.
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
