About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
- As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward detailed below (Promotion).
- The Promotion will begin on 22 November 2026 and conclude at 11:59pm on 6 February 2026 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter the Promotion?
- The Promotion is open to Employment Hero customers who have received access to the onboarding checklist and who book a UX research session via the AppCues prompt during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be a current Employment Hero customer
- Book a UX research session via the AppCues prompt during the Promotion Period and attend the booked session in full
- Be a registered business in Australia
Reward
- The first five (5) Eligible Participants who successfully book and attend a session during the Promotion Period will each receive a $85 (AUD) digital gift card via GiftPay (Reward).
- Once five Rewards have been allocated, no further Rewards will be issued, even if additional Eligible Participants book or attend a session during the Promotion Period. Employment Hero will determine, in its sole discretion, the order in which bookings are received and confirmed.
- Eligible Participants who qualify for the Reward will be notified by email, using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
- The winner will be notified on 13 February 2026 via email, using the details collected by Employment Hero from the winning Eligible Participant in the above form.
- The reward will be delivered to the winner after the winner has been contacted.

- Any personal data Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
- The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
- The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
- Laws may apply to Eligible Participants or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
