October and November 2025 Customer Referral Rewards Promotion: Terms & Conditions

About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).

2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward detailed below (Promotion).

3. The Promotion will begin on 10 October 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 30 November 2025 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. The Promotion is open to all current customers of Employment Hero, who hold an active account at the date the Promotion begins (Eligible Referrer).

How to qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• be a current Employment Hero customer;
• refer a relevant organisation contact (including name and contact details) to an Employment Hero Account Executive by email or by copying the referral into a reply email
• (with the relevant contact’s prior consent);
• the referred person, entity or organisation
  • is not a current customer of Employment Hero; and
  • is not in active discussions or negotiations with Employment Hero regarding Employment Hero products or services,
  • (Qualified Referral).

Reward

6. For every business that is referred and signs up to Employment Hero the referee will be eligible for one of the following prizes:

1. 1 set of Apple AirPods
2. $300AUD Flight voucher;
3. $300AUD Airbnb voucher;
4. $300AUD donation made by Employment Hero to the registered charity of your choice.

7. Each Eligible Referrer is limited to one Reward per Qualified Referral. There is no cap on the number of Rewards that may be earned during the Promotion Period.

8. Where you choose the charitable donation as your Reward, you acknowledge and agree that this donation will be made in your name, but Employment Hero will be the legal donor and therefore you will not be entitled to a tax deduction.

9. Successful referees will be contacted by Employment Hero via the email address used to originally submit the referral.

Other Terms and Conditions that apply

10. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the use of the Reward, as set out by the relevant Reward provider.

11. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.

12. Any personal data Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

13. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.

14. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion and to disqualify referrals that are fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these terms.

16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion.

17. Laws may apply to Eligible Participants or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

18. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

19. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
