About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. You will be offered a paid Platinum HR subscription for the special price of $16 per employee/month (minimum applies as identified in clause 8) plus 2 months FREE if you are on a free trial and upgrade in-platform to a Platinum HR subscription for at least a 12 month contract (Promotion).
3. This promotion applies from 00:00AM, Friday, 22 March 2024 to 11:59PM, Sunday, 31 March 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all Australia based customers on a free trial of the Platinum HR subscription during the Promotion Period.
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- already be subscribed to a free trial of the HR plan;
- upgrade the plan in-platform from a free trial to a paid Platinum HR subscription with a minimum 12 month term within the Promotion Period;
- be a new paying customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- provide and authorise a relevant payment method within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- be a registered business in Australia
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. The discounted subscription fees will apply on the 1st day of the month after your 2-month free period has been redeemed in full.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
8. You will be subject to a minimum subscription fee of $160 per month.

10. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
11. Usage charges for SMS and pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
12. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
13. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
14. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
15. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
