EOY Partner Power Up Promotion: Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to specific partners on an invite-only basis, when invited by their Employment Hero Partner Manager.
About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
- As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for Eligible Participants to receive Rewards as detailed below (Promotion).
- This Promotion will commence on 1 October 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm AEDST on 15 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- have directly received communication of this offer either via phone or email from an Employment Hero representative;
- be a business registered and operating in Australia;
- be a Referral Partner, who has accepted our Referral Partner Terms and Conditions; and
- complete at least one of the Qualifying Activities.

- An Eligible Participant who completes any of the following activity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive the following rewards (each, a Reward):

- A Reward will be granted for every successfully completed qualifying activity once minimum requirements have been met. This includes the qualifying activities that contributed to meeting the minimum requirement. For example, if a Referral Partner closes four Partner-referred client deals during the Promotion Period, they will receive four Rewards (one for each deal). There is no maximum number of Rewards a Referral Partner may accrue throughout the Promotion Period.
- The Reward(s) will be sent to Eligible Participants within 1 month after the Promotion Period ends, subject to the verification of the Eligible Partner’s activity.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
- Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions and Referral Partner Terms and Conditions apply.
- Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
- Any personal data collected during this Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
- variation in Reward value, description or variation of product due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
- tax liability or implications incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
- The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
- The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- All products advertised for purchase on the Employment Hero website during the Promotional Period are eligible toward the Reward qualification criteria.
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
- Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
