Offer Terms and Conditions for Qualifying Customers
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. All current direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
a) Two (2) months free Employment Hero Learning Management System 10 course bundle (the “Promotion”).
3. The Promotion will begin on 1 April 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm AEST on 25 April 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all Employment Hero customers that subscribe to an Employment Hero Learning Management System 10 course bundle during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- be an existing Employment Hero customer and be currently subscribed to an HR product (or subscribe to one as part of the promotion)
- subscribe to the relevant Employment Hero add-ons (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term;
- be a registered business in Australia or New Zealand
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. The Promotion will apply from the date of signing the Customer Agreement for the duration stated under the Promotion definition. After this period, the pricing will revert to the pricing schedule specified in the Customer Agreement.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
8. You will not be eligible for the relevant benefit for products or services if you have previously or currently subscribed to an Employment Hero Learning Management System add-on.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
9. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
11. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
12. Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. (See pricing page at https://employmenthero.com/pricing/ for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
