If adding a new product, the free period begins from the date you sign your contract with us. When you subscribe to HR or Payroll, subscription fees will commence for the month of November 2022, but will not be payable until December 2022.
If upgrading your existing HR Subscription to Platinum, Hero Points will be made available in your Employment Hero Customer account for use in the Hero store within 14 days of signing.. See link to Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions here, which includes Terms for Employment Hero Recognition and Hero Points in Appendix A. Hero Points cannot be converted to cash and can only be spent within the Employment Hero Discounts Shop.
